Harboring anger and resentment towards someone
creates a hostile inner environment that can only
lead to miscommunication and misunderstanding.
Examine the inner feelings apart from the mental
aspect, then with great restraint and tenderness
reveal the true cause of the inner turmoil.
Once expressed, the energy that has surrounded
all of the emotions will dissipate, calmness will
be restored, and inner peace will once again return
.
